Ezra joined IFG Progress in May 2024 as a Research Associate, bringing extensive expertise in the insurance and actuarial field, particularly in pricing. Before joining IFG Progress, Ezra was a Pricing Actuary Manager at Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia, where he was involved in the end-to-end product development cycle for both individual and group insurance products. Prior to that, he served as a Pricing Actuary Assistant Manager at Cigna, handling similar responsibilities. Ezra began his professional journey at Padma Radya Aktuaria as an Actuary Staff, focusing on post-employment benefit calculations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Universitas Indonesia and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI).
